Energy healing can clear any emotional blocks that will then begin to heal the physical conditions these cause. Distant healing is based on the idea that a non-visible "life force energy" flows through us and is what causes us to be alive. If one's "life force energy" is vibrationally low or out of balance, then we are prone to get sick or feel stress, and if it is high, we are more adept to being happy and healthy.
A remote session is done with the practitioner in thier clinic or sacred space, and the recipient (you), laying down listening to soft music from the comfort of your own home. It can be effectively performed from any distance, whether you are across the city, or in a different country.
With Reiki or distant energy healing we work on the premise that we are more than our body. Eastern medicine and philosophy is rich in this understanding and Reiki/energy healing has been used for centuries with amazing results. Western society is begining to catch up and reiki, energy healing and ancient energy technologies are becoming better understood and therefore more accepted.
There are energies all about us traveling great distances in short amounts of time such as radio waves. Our everyday lives involves the transfer of energy over great distances - satelitte dishes are a common example. 'Life energy' used by healers or energy practicioners travels faster then 'light energy', so it isn't so disagreeable that we can heal at a distance.
Eastern cultures have been studying and using this sytems for centuries and more recently quantum physicists are learning the science behind it. They call this phenomenon a 'non-local quantum hologram, which means that information of the mind/body can be accesed without the persons being in the presence of each other.
The wonderful thing about energy healing is that is so subtle, it is less heavy than visible light, so it moves easily through space. Also, such energy, like electricity and even light, travels at rapid pace. Unlike electricity or light though I work with a energy of universal intelligence that follows my intention as if it is an extention of my body. It is this way that my intention toward a particular person (the recipient of the energy work) receives the energy I direct where ever that person is.
How do I book a distant energy healing and what happens
To book a healing session follow the Paypal prompts to pay for yr healing, please remember to add your full name and date of birth and a picture and your question or request (eg emotional healing, abundance request etc - please keep it simple and short). I will contact you within 24 hrs to organise a time. It is better if you are at home relaxing to music (with no interuptions), so please let me know upon payment which day or times suits you, so I can fit you in adequatley.
Healings are usually conducted within 72 hrs of payment. I am happy to do evenings until 9pm EST, as i understand many have busy schedules and can only afford time in the evening. Healings take 30 minutes and after each healing I will send you an email of what occured (any visions or blockages I sense and work on.
On the time scheduled choose a relaxing position, somewhere you will not be disturbed and close your eyes. You can put on some instrumental music (no songs) and take deep breaths to relax yourself throughout. As your mind begins to drift keep bringing yourself back to the deep breathing. Just relax - this is very important.
I will create the sacred circle and connect with spirit (my higherself) and call in the intention to visit your energetic aura. This is where I will find the blockages and I will go into the energy (chakras) and unblock the areas that are heavy or unbalanced. Throught this process I often receives visions and can sense the energy vibrations that need attention.
Using life source (white light energy), blockages will be cleared and vibrations will be restored to optimal flow. Only one session is usually required for each problem in ones life. If you have serious physical injury I would recommend seeing a medical professional (as well). I have created a one hour session also for people who are requiring a session for deeper trauma or emotionl issues - I will leave this up to your discretion (I also recommend alternate cognitive councilling).
At the end of the half hour session you should feel a flutter or sometimes a subtle jolt as the energy direction leaves your body. It is also common for you the recipient to have visions and strange trance brain wave activation throughout. It s recommended to write these down and keep them for reflection. When the half hour or hour session is over you can slowly open your eyes and get up gently. It is recommended to have a bath or shower afterwards to cleanse and remain in comfort.
Some people report hightened peace or hightened bliss after a healing. Some people report deep emotional overflow and tears for a day or two, then a feeling of bliss and peace around the core emotions and the situation begins to change. depending on the individual circumstances, each person experiences something different.
Distant energy healing works on clearing the energies - so often the negative or stale energy leaving the body can cause emotional upset. This is a good thing, this means the healing process has trully begun. If the person has a physical condition - the emotional energies that are creating the problem will have to heal first before the physical body can begin it's repair, based on the new emotion or energy signals it is receiving. This is usually a subtle process. Pay attention to the signs and this will help the process move along nicely.
